Control technology
for 3D printing
The additive manufacturing process

3D printing with concrete is an additive manufacturing process similar to Fused Disposition Modelling (FDM), which stacks multiple layers of material, in this case concrete, to produce the object. In addition to quicker and more costeffective production, complex shapes can also be fabricated without traditio- nal tooling requirements, thus maintaining a more sustainable production.
Our unique manufacturing methods enable a wide variety of surface patterns. The product assortment ranges from the familiar layered structure look to braided concrete paths. Through the sale of the 3D printing system and our state-of-the-art software it is for the first time ever possible to integrate additive manufacturing with certified and standardized concrete aggregates in the construction industry.
Concepts and studies have been established to integrate our system into the precast concrete and concrete block industry. This guarantees the most efficient and effective procedure.
„Our name stands for quality, safety, flexibility and punctuality. We look forward to a great cooperation with you.“
Software -
the digital control center

The 3d printing facility is build from modular units. This ensures, that all assemblies are exchangeable and scalable. This concept gives us the ability to exactly meet the customer requirements and specifi- cations.
The „operator“ is considered the central node for 3d printing. This guarantees the optimal connection between all assemblies and the technical parameters.
In order to make a friction-less workflow possible between the model and the production, we de- veloped the software we call “Pathmaker”. The software takes digital CAD models and builds G-Code for the printer. Our “clone” software is available as an add-on feature. This simulates and analyzes the data from the “pathmaker” software.
